It's world water day
"Clean Water for a Healthy World" this being the slogan of this years world water and Africa kenya being the hub of UNEP....the slogan leaves a lot to be desired in our country.
The event will bring together policy makers, scientists and eminent personalities to discuss how to address the challenges of degrading water quality around the word purposely our country.Today morning I took two glasses of water directly from the tap and after gulping the h2o ..I started asking my self ..Below questions..
1)How safe is it,
2)Why din't i boil the water
3)do I trust Nairobi Water sewerage Company......now that it's privately managed
bottom line is the quality of The two glasses I took, and the 20% of Kenyans who have access of piped water safe and if not since the rainy season is here what is not only government doing but also me and the society doing to be safe..
